Normally orders are shipped in 1 to 7 B days and courier delivers it in 3 to 6 B days. Embroidered/Screen Print/items may take 1 to 5 days more.

Rush orders are normally delivered in 3-6 B days

Customized items may take 1-5 days more.

We are happy to deal with exchanging or return any product (either do not like product or colour looks not good or looks defective what ever may be the reason be) .

All merchandise must be return within 15 days of receipt of order mentioning RMA number.

We will only accept returned items that are unused, unworn and unwashed and in original packaging.

Customer will have to send it on its own and Restocking fee will be charged @ US $3.5 for first item  and US $2.00 for additional items.

Freight each side will be deducted for USA  @ 25% of the order or $5.95 whichever is more and for International @35% of order or $17 whichever is more . This will also apply where Free Shipping is used. 

If the customer do not receive/accept shipment because of any reason whatsoever than that shipment will be treated as return shipment and both side Freight will be deducted with other deductions.

All items marked clearance, closeout, or final markdown are excluded from any exchange or return policy and sold as is. No returns accepted for any reason.

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Embroidered  or altered /personalized items are non exhangeable,non returnable and non refundable, no mater what the reason is.

$10 Returns processing fee for Australian orders which are shipped with Australian post in Australia

In order to provide same shade in bigger orders we have made special arrangements to place  personalized orders with our vendors and to deliver to customer directly thorugh international courier withiin our stipulated time posted on our website  without any upcharge to our customers and if you like not to place personalized order than pls let us know by e-mail to pick it from our avaiable stock. Rush orders are also shipped from our Asia warehouse and delvier to customers directly and cannot be cancelled.

No claims whatsoever will be entertained after passing of one month.

Return Authorization

In order to return an item, please send us an e-mail at with order number and articles to be returned within 15 days of delivery so that return authorization number and return address can be provided. if orders are send back withoug taking RMA number than $10 processing fee will be charged. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately. We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.


Exchanges are not possible from one item category to other. When merchandise is received and processed than your exchange pieces will be shipped.

Return Processing Times

It takes only few days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit only if you like. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service. Shortages or Incorrect Orders All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, email, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Shortages


Chance of getting less is nearly impossible as in packing list we clearly write quantity and weight of each poly bag and total numbers of poly bag in each carton, and accordingly the cartons are handed over to courier company therefore please make sure to open one carton at one time and from that carton open one poly bag at one time, so that when ever customer receive short he can inform us poly bag number and carton number of missing pieces, so that we can lodge complain with the courier company accordingly. 

Order Cancellations

Cancellation request must be sent by email, orders cannot be cancelled over phone or online chat.

Order can  be cancelled against cancellation charge of  10% (minimum US $5.00)

provided they are not taken into  dispatch department otherwise re-stocking fee will be required for cancellation which can be informed after checking the status of the order. All cancellations require issuance of confirmation from our customer service department We must confirm you through e-mail  that your order has been cancelled. Orders shipped and refused / returned by the customer will still be charged as per our return policy. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery department cannot be cancelled.Altered items can also be not cancelled as they are specially made on request.

International customers are responsible for paying  if any  their import duties and taxes to local authorities.
